Tensiunea este 96\/67, iar pulsul 92. &Atilde;&#381;nainte de culcare tensiunea era 120\/74, iar pulsul 80. &Egrave;&tilde;i ast&Auml;&fnof;zi va fi o zi c&Auml;&fnof;lduroas&Auml;&fnof;. De asemenea, <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">dup&Auml;&fnof; &Atilde;&reg;ncheierea postului 2-3 zile se m&Auml;&fnof;n&Atilde;&cent;nc&Auml;&fnof; compot ne&Atilde;&reg;ndulcit, doar apa &Atilde;&reg;n care s-au fiert fructele, &Egrave;&trade;i supe, f&Auml;&fnof;r&Auml;&fnof; p&Atilde;&cent;ine<\/span>. Este important&Auml;&fnof; pornirea digestiei. Altfel pute&Egrave;&rsaquo;i avea probleme cu constipa&Egrave;&rsaquo;ia. Ro&Egrave;&trade;ia cu felia de p&Atilde;&cent;ine pe care am m&Atilde;&cent;ncat-o &Atilde;&reg;n a treia zi mi-a f&Auml;&fnof;cut probleme pe care le-am observat abia dup&Auml;&fnof; trei s&Auml;&fnof;pt&Auml;&fnof;m&Atilde;&cent;ni. <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">A&Egrave;&trade;adar, mare aten&Egrave;&rsaquo;ie la cum preg&Auml;&fnof;ti&Egrave;&rsaquo;i &Atilde;&reg;nceputul postului &Egrave;&trade;i cum ie&Egrave;&trade;i&Egrave;&rsaquo;i din el<\/span>. &Atilde;&#381;n timpul postului, sub nici o form&Auml;&fnof;, nu m&Atilde;&cent;nca&Egrave;&rsaquo;i nimic. Ame&Egrave;&rsaquo;elile care apar pot fi evitate cu un consum mai mare de ap&Auml;&fnof;. Dac&Auml;&fnof; ve&Egrave;&rsaquo;i s&Auml;&fnof; &Atilde;&reg;ntrerupe&Egrave;&rsaquo;i un post mai lung, be&Egrave;&rsaquo;i mai &Atilde;&reg;nt&Atilde;&cent;i compot ne&Atilde;&reg;ndulcit &Egrave;&trade;i cald, sau ceai de plante. A&Egrave;&trade;adar, dup&Auml;&fnof; &Atilde;&reg;ncheierea postului, 2-3 zile se consum&Auml;&fnof; numai lichide. &Atilde;&#381;n felul acesta nu ve&Egrave;&rsaquo;i avea probleme cu revenirea la dieta normal&Auml;&fnof;.<\/p>\n<p>Ast&Auml;&fnof;zi am c&Auml;&fnof;l&Auml;&fnof;torit de diminea&Egrave;&rsaquo;&Auml;&fnof; p&Atilde;&cent;n&Auml;&fnof; seara &Egrave;&trade;i de&Egrave;&trade;i am b&Auml;&fnof;ut doar <strong>3 litri<\/strong> de ap&Auml;&fnof;, <strong>m&Auml;&fnof; simt excelent<\/strong>. &Atilde;&#381;ns&Auml;&fnof; va trebui s&Auml;&fnof; recuperez m&Atilde;&cent;ine pentru a evita senza&Egrave;&rsaquo;iile de sl&Auml;&fnof;biciune &Egrave;&trade;i ame&Egrave;&rsaquo;eal&Auml;&fnof;. Ce repede a trecut acest post! Ce repede trece timpul!<\/p>\n<p>La &Atilde;&reg;nceput pare lung, dar la sf&Atilde;&cent;r&Egrave;&trade;it &Atilde;&reg;&Egrave;&rsaquo;i pare r&Auml;&fnof;u c&Auml;&fnof; se termin&Auml;&fnof;.
