M-am sculat la ora 08.00. Tensiunea este 110\/75, iar pulsul 87. Greutatea este 90,9 kg. Am mai luat c&Atilde;&cent;teva kg de c&Atilde;&cent;nd am terminat postul, &Atilde;&reg;ns&Auml;&fnof; este &Egrave;&trade;i de la apa pe care am b&Auml;&fnof;ut-o asear&Auml;&fnof; &Egrave;&trade;i &Atilde;&reg;n timpul nop&Egrave;&rsaquo;ii. Ast&Auml;&fnof;zi &Egrave;&trade;i m&Atilde;&cent;ine se anun&Egrave;&rsaquo;&Auml;&fnof; dou&Auml;&fnof; zile caniculare, &Atilde;&reg;ns&Auml;&fnof; &Atilde;&reg;n cas&Auml;&fnof; este bine.<\/p>\n<p>&Atilde;&#381;ncep activitatea cu <em>&acirc;&euro;&#382;Minutul cu Maxwell, <a href=\"https:\/\/johnmaxwellteam.ro\/lene\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">despre lene<\/a><\/em>. Merit&Auml;&fnof; s&Auml;&fnof; amintesc faptul c&Auml;&fnof; <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">&Atilde;&reg;n zilele &Atilde;&reg;n care m&Auml;&fnof;n&Atilde;&cent;nci nu mai atingi randamentul pe care &Atilde;&reg;l ai &Atilde;&reg;ntr-o zi de post<\/span>.
